Dr. Creech Closing Private Practice

I will be closing my private practice as of November 1, 2024. I will be available on a limited basis for the next two months to see previous surgery patients for follow-up care.

I have accepted a position as Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Veterans Administration Medical Center. I am excited about this opportunity and the ability to share my love of plastic surgery by training new surgeons. It has been my greatest pleasure to serve my wonderful patients over all of these years.
